I used to have this apartment in Seattle with an incredible view. The apartment looked out over South Lake Union. The view changed dramatically throughout the day, according to the weather and how people were using it. In the morning the lake was often very still and reflective, and the windows on Queen Anne hill would reflect the golden light of sunrise. In the evening were the sunsets, which were often just gorgeous. Sailboats, luxury yachts, kayaks, floating hot tubs, and sea planes all shared the lake throughout the day. The lake was often still and reflective at night.

From my balcony, you could see the Space Needle, Queen Anne, The Aurora bridge, Gasworks park, the Olympic mountains (weather permitting), and the houseboat from Sleepless in Seattle.
